Unless parked in an outlined parking space, street parking is prohibited when the streets are narrow and parking on the street interferes with the safe passage of civilian and emergency vehicles.
A blocked or overflowing dumpster can detract from the appearance of your property, essentially creating a messy and unhygienic situation.
Blocking any dumpster or trash receptacle prevents garbage trucks from accessing them to collect waste, leading to overflowing dumpsters, potential pest infestations, and violations of local sanitation regulations including fines.
